This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Samah Ghosn, doing business as Standom ("Standom", "we", "us", or "our"), with headquarters in Nevada. By accessing or using Standom’s website or iOS application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any updates or modifications made hereto. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Description of Service

Standom is a social media platform dedicated to celebrating and sharing content about Stan culture. The Service allows Users to create profiles, post content, interact with other Users, and curate a personalized feed of Stan-related media.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.
2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason, including violation of this Agreement or suspected fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy (available at https://standom.social/privacy) governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

6. User Content

1. Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service ("User Content").
2. License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant Standom a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
3. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. We do not endorse any User Content.

7. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

• Posting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Collecting or harvesting personal data of other Users.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Our Content: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property on the Service (the "Standom IP") are owned by Standom or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce Standom IP without our express written permission.
2. Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant Standom an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STANDOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STANDOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF STANDOM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Standom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of this Agreement or your User Content.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Standom relating to the Service.
